THE WIZARD IN MY WINDOW Book Launch Announcement

Get ready for a magical Young Adult adventure for the whole family when THE WIZARD IN MY WINDOW launches on February 1, 2014! Originally written for National Novel Writing Month, the novel will be available in print through CreateSpace and Amazon, and eBook version exclusively on Amazon Kindle for 90 days.  Kindle Readers will be able to get a jump on the book via Amazon’s KDP Select program, which will make the book available through Kindle’s lending library for Prime members, etc.

After 90 days, the eBook will be made available for other eReaders (Nook, Sony, etc.) and through Smashwords like my other works.

To get ready for the launch, I have taken down the chapters posted to my blog as well as Wattpad. On Wattpad, TWIMW became my most-read story to date, garnering 850 reads and 110 stars before deletion. Thanks to everyone who read the story on these two sites, I hope you enjoyed the sneak peek at an extremely rough draft. I posted them literally the instant I was done writing them, with no editing, as part of the month long NaNoWriMo fun.

So note your calendar and get ready to pick up the finished work February 1, 2014.

Beyond the launch, I  will be posting chapters of TIME LOST, the third volume of the “313” series, which follows the characters of MISSING TIME and TIME SPENT into their final battle. Further down the line, I’ll be getting back to the story of Daniel, the monk who must make a pilgrimage to foresee the future of his order in KEEPER OF DAYS I: THE BOOK OF DAY AND NIGHT.

If enough of you love TWIMW, I have a possible follow up, which would center on Timothy’s sister Nicole, a talking cat, and a journey through the underworld. I call it A KNIGHT IN THE GARDEN.

Thanks for reading, and stay with me! So much more to come in 2014!

Thanks Karen! The final version won’t be substantially different, it includes a bit more material here and there to flesh out certain things, and has been edited and proofread now of course, but by and large it’s the same book.
